я забываю тебя время от времени
и потом вижу одну с твоими глазами
или с твоей улыбкой. Вижу тоже бегунов
одетых, как ты, в смехотворную тесную лайкру
и ты потеешь ты дуешь ты топаешь на меня без слов
ты бежишь свой марафон в моей голове снова и снова
слава Богу это только сорок два километра.

I forget about you from time to time
and then I see one with your eyes
or with your smile. I see runners
dressed, like you, with those ridiculous tied lycra
and you sweat and you breathe heavily and you stomp on me without words
you run your marathon in my head again and again
but thank God, it is only 42 kilometres!

Je t'oublie de temps en temps
et puis j'en vois une avec tes yeux
ou avec ton sourire. Je vois aussi des coureurs
qui portent, comme toi, ces vêtements en lycra ridicules
et tu transpires et tu souffles et tu me piétines sans un mot
tu fais ton marathon dans ma tête, encore et encore,
heureusement ce n'est que 42 kilomètres.
